接听和拨打客户服务电话通过快速和专业地处理问题和考量来维持稳固客户关系解决客户投诉,管理数据库记录,起草客户服务问题的状态报告进行数据输入和研究以解决客户问题。

Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues. Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.

2. 客服的工作时间是怎么样的呢?What are the working hours ?

我们有很多不同的客服项目,工作时间各不相同。有些是 一般的办公时间,有些是轮班制的。一般都是五天工作/ 周。

We have many projects, the working hours are vary. Some are the usual office hours and some are on shifts.
